& CONDITIONS
1. Adrian & Schell (A&S) offers are directed exclusively to
wholesalers, retail dealers and commercial retailers. When making your
first order, please provide the following information (by fax or post
only):
Business VAT registration number
Trading license (only if your business is registered
in Germany)
2. Minimum order is Euro 150
3. We only accept payments made by bank transfer to:

4. For orders 500 Euros and over – delivery is free.
5. If payments are made within 8 working days (date calculated from
invoice), we allow 5% discount. All invoices must be paid, in full,
within 30 days.
6. Returning goods: any unwanted goods can be returned to A&S within
10 working days (date calculated from Delivery Note). However, all returned
goods must be flawless and intact and therefore, in the original state
as when they were dispatched.
7. Refunds or returned goods: A&S will refund customers for any
returned goods as long as the conditions of section 6 are adhered to.
8. Unwanted items can be exchanged as long as the customer notifies
A&S within 10 working days (date calculated from Delivery Note).
9. Retention of title: ordered or dispatched goods remain the property
of A&S until said goods are paid for in full.
10a. Insurance of dispatched goods: It is A&S general policy to
insure all jewelry packages dispatched to customers in Germany.
Please see the following price structure:
up to 10 kg = Euro 6,90 (insurance value: 500 Euros)
up to 20 kg = Euro 11,90 (insurance value: 500 Euros)
up to 31,5 kg = Euro 13,90 (insurance value: 500 Euros)
10b. Deliveries ‘abroad’ (i.e. outside Germany) can also
be insured. However, rates and subsequent surcharges must be agreed
with the customer before items are dispatched.
10c. Adrian & Schell operates it’s own Post Office and therefore,
all items are dispatched using the Deutsche Post DHL postal service.
11. As a ‘place of fulfillment in a legal dispute between Adrian
& Schell and another party, the City of Darmstadt is the venue.
12. Any contractual relationship between Adrian & Schell and another
party is based upon German Law.
